Pascha (Paskha)

One of the dishes which I need to have in my Easter menu is pascha. Few years ago I used to prepare it from white cheese (twaróg) but now I make it starting with milk and making cheese by myself. I add eggs, cream, vanilla, butter, sugar and lots of dried fruits and homemade candied orange.

Easter 2013

My first post, I am a little bit nervous. Generally expect seeing food photographs on this blog, but today it is just a little warm up. To start I would like to share an atmosphere of our Easter holidays.
